


Rose Harry's Garlic Olives
Rose is the Activity Director for the San Joaquin Valley GRS
½ Gallon large green olives
Take pimentos out of olives and pour out
half of juice and leave half of juice in jar.
Add :
1/4 cup light vinegar
1/4 cup good olive oil
salt, pepper, sweet basil and parsley to jar.
In the olives add:
2 bunches green onion, chopped
1 celery heart, chopped
1 whole clove of garlic, chopped
Stir all together and put back into the jar
and shake.
Let set 24 hours before eating.
